MERCHANDISE ANNOUNCEMENT

PLAYERS/PARENTS


If you have ordered merchandise it will be on hand at your skills workouts next week for all ELITE teams. Please attend your skills workouts and after your workouts you will be handed your Merchandise! If you cannot make your groups skills workouts next week on Tuesday or Thursday, we will have it on hand the following week at skills workouts. 


Please remember skills workouts next week on Tuesday are at St. Anthonys School in Hawthorne. Skills workouts on Thursday are the same North Boulevard. 


10u Pink will get your Merchandise at your skills workout on Wednesday!

Congratulations to the 11u and 12u BLAZE ELITE teams both coached by DJ Sackmann, for each winning a CHAMPIONSHIP in their respective divisions during the SLAMFEST II TOURNAMENT hosted at Wayne, PAL April 28-29th.

BBC FAMILY GATHERING A HUGE SUCCESS!

A very special THANK YOU to everyone who turned out for the First Annual Blaze Basketball Club FAMILY GATHERING.  With well over 300 people in attendance the Grand Ball Room at the Browstone was ROCKIN' to say the least.
A great time was had by the parents and the players as they had the opportunity to get up close and personal with MAX PREP'S HIGH SCHOOL PLAYER of the YEAR, Kyle Anderson of St. Anthony's of Jersey City.  Kyle had just come out of surgery 3 hours earlier, but as he promised, he attended, addressed the crowd on the importance of education and commitment to basketball, and signed over 200 autographs.

Jack "BLACK JACK" Ryan got the party going with his dazzling basketball tricks and his unique brand of comedic entertainment.  Jack has traveled the world sharing his passion for basketball and entertainment with thousands of kids and will soon be featured in the NYC Street Ball documentary Doin' It In The Park.

The mission for the evening was fund raising, with the agenda of securing our own facility to call home front and center. There was amazing silent auction pieces, and droves of baskets for tricky try.  Kent and Jill also announced to the entire room that they will be having a baby boy!

BLAZE FAMILY GATHERING 2012

In case you haven't already heard, we will be hosting our BLAZE FAMILY GATHERING at the BROWNSTONE Monday night, April 30th from 6:30 - 9:30 pm.  Joining us for the evening will be two very special guests.

JACK "BLACKJACK" RYAN, world famous basketball entertainer and a man considered by many to be the best shooter to never play in the NBA will get the crowd hyped with his unique brand of basketball entertainment and interactive fun.
 

 

McDonalds High School ALL-AMERICAN, KYLE ANDERSON 

Kyle, is one  of the TOP HS PLAYERS IN THE COUNTRY and will be attending UCLA this coming fall.  He will be addressing all our players on the importance of their high school education and the dedication that is required to become a standout player on the HS level.

*** All players that attend will get a chance to meet Kyle and receive an autographed photo from one of the most successful HS players in NJ basketball history!  Don't miss this!
