13U Red Elite Defeats 14U Snell Elite in 14U Title Game

In what many people considered to be the most anticipated game of the play-off season. 13U Red defeated 14U Snell in the championship game.  Earlier in the season, 13U beat 14U in a closely contested ball game. 14U was looking forward to the rematch and the chance to avenge the prior loss. It wasn't to be on this night. 13U shot the lights out going 7 for 10 from 3 point range and forcing 14U into several turnovers with their half-court trapping defense.  After the 55-44 defeat, Coach Snell said, "Coach Ben has done a great job with this group.  They play hard and unselfish. We lost to a better team tonight, and there is certainly no shame in that."

SUMMER ROSTERS UP!

THE SUMMER AAU ROSTERS ARE NOW POSTED UNDER THE "SUMMER AAU ROSTERS" TAB. 

Please note there will be a Mandatory meeting for all parents that are playing SUMMER AAU with the Blaze Basketball Club on Monday, July 9 at 7:00 at Most Blessed Sacrament School (787 Franklin Lake Road, Franklin Lakes NJ. Entrance towards the back of school) 

Meeting will discuss the season and we will also collect the fees. 

***Please bring your fees to the parent meeting.

Please check rosters to see what team you are on. Season will begin with league play and our first clinic on  July 10. 

BBC 7/8u Celebrate Big Win over Goats!

BBC SUMMER TRYOUT DATES ANNOUNCED

The BEST players will be playing year round are you?
BLAZE BASKETBALL CLUB is happy to announce it will be continuing its program with summer session basketball for BOYS grades 5th - 12th.

Tryouts will be held JUNE 25th at MOST BLESSED SACRAMENT school.

*You can be younger in grade and tryout for an older team if you like.

We will be selecting the top 10-12 players in each age group for our ELITE Level team BLAZE BASKETBALL CLUB.

Players who do not make the BBC ELITE team will be placed on our Free Agent Summer League team. Where they will be evaluated for future consideration.

BBC ELITE TEAMS will receive

* 8+ games in IYB's Summer League

* 5 Sessions at our Professional Skill Development Clinic in Franklin Lakes

                    (Taught by one of our Pro-Skill Trainers)

* Reversible Mesh Jersey for league games.

FREE AGENT TEAMS will receive

* 8+ games in IYB's Summer League

* 3 Sessions at our Professional Skill Development Clinic in Franklin Lakes

Every player in the program will be receiving a BLAZE BASKETBALL CLUB is on FIRE T-shirt as a show of appreciation for the fund raising efforts this season.  If you have not yet received your T-shirt please see your coach at your next scheduled game, practice, or skills training session.
